Yess Pilates was founded in Pharr, Texas in 2024 as a women only studio. A place where strength, softness and accountability live side by side.
What started as a small reformer studio has grown into a community of women who show up for themselves and for each other, week after week. Our classes are intentionally intimate so every body gets the cueing and attention it deserves.
We believe Pilates should feel challenging, intentional, and precise. Every session is designed to build long, balanced strength and mobility, helping you move through life with ease.
Whether you are brand new to the reformer or returning after years away, you will find a class that meets you where you are.
