- I have never done Pilates. Where do I start?
- We recommend the Intro Bundle: a private introductory class one-on-one with an instructor, plus your first group class. You will learn the reformer fundamentals so group flow feels natural from day one. The Intro Bundle includes both the private introductory class and a group class credit, so you'll have the opportunity to work one-on-one with an instructor first and then attend your first group class.
- Are classes really women only?
- Our group reformer classes are women only. Men are welcome in private sessions, in our birthday event classes, and during special events.
- What should I wear and bring?
- Comfortable, fitted athletic wear and grip socks (required). Our class essentials include grippy socks, a reformer mat, and a small towel, all of which are available at the studio for purchase.
- How early should I arrive?
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your first class so we can show you around the studio and set you up on the reformer.
- What is your cancellation policy?
- Classes can be cancelled up to 6 hours before the start time without losing the credit. If you cancel within 6 hours of class, you will lose your class credit. If you cancel within 1 hour of the class start time, there is also a $15 late cancellation fee, since cancelling allows someone on the waitlist to take your spot. If you do not cancel and do not show up, you will lose your class credit and be charged a $15 no-show fee.
- Can I bring a friend?
- Yes! Group classes can be booked individually, and our reformers are numbered so you can select and reserve spots next to each other. For private celebrations of up to 10 guests, see our Birthday Party Class on the Services page.
- Do you offer pre or postnatal Pilates?
- Yes. Private sessions are the safest place to start. Please call the studio so we can match you with the right instructor and programming.
- Where are you located?
- 1401 S Jackson Rd 06 a, Pharr, TX 78577. We are easy to reach from McAllen, San Juan and the surrounding Rio Grande Valley.
